Post-Taraweeh Bayans — Baitul Mukarram, Karachi

On this page you'll find years of post-Taraweeh bayans by Hazrat Maulana Mehboob Elahi Sahab (DB) — the respected Imam of Jamia Masjid Baitul Mukarram, Karachi, and a khalifa of the late Hazrat Maulana Shah Hakeem Muhammad Akhtar Sahab (RA).

These are not detailed tafseer bayans. After each Taraweeh prayer, Hazrat delivers a short lecture covering the portion of the Quran recited that night — a high-level summary of the topics, themes, and key points from that day's recitation. The purpose is to help the congregation understand what they just heard in prayer, even if they don't know Arabic.

These lectures have become hugely popular over the years. People specifically come to Baitul Mukarram every Ramadan for them. Alhamdulillah, we have been recording them continuously since 2001 — making this one of the most complete archives of this series anywhere online.
