In the 4th lecture of the Tafseer of Surah Zukhruf, delivered by Mufti Zubair Ashraf Usmani Sahab Damat barakatuhum at Jamia Masjid Bait ul Mukarram, the central theme revolved around how Allah Ta‘ala has distributed wealth, professions, and roles among people with deep wisdom.

This division is not random. It creates a system where people rely on one another, ensuring balance and continuity in society.

He explained that no person in this world has everything. Even the wealthiest individuals lack in other areas such as health, peace, or meaningful relationships.

Through Quranic references, Hadith, and powerful examples, he showed that these differences are part of Allah’s plan to test الإنسان and remind people that true fulfillment does not come from having everything.

A key concept highlighted in the lecture was qanaat. He explained that qanaat means being satisfied and grateful for what Allah has already given, while still making sincere effort to improve one’s condition.

A believer should work hard, remain honest, and strive for better, but without greed or dissatisfaction.

True success lies in this balance—effort with contentment—where a person grows in the world without losing peace of heart.
