🌍 English Translation

Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest, Allah is the Greatest
There is no god but Allah, there is no god but Allah, there is no god but Allah
O Allah, I ask You for forgiveness and well-being in this world and the Hereafter
O our Lord, grant us good in this world and good in the Hereafter, and protect us from the punishment of the Fire
O Allah, grant me the ability to make the best supplications and to ask in the best way. I ask You for the best life and the best death.

Explanation of the Dua

When a person goes for Hajj or Umrah and sees the blessed Holy Kaaba for the first time, it is a deeply emotional and spiritual experience where the heart naturally softens and turns completely toward Allah.

Many scholars mention that this is a special moment in which duas are accepted, so whatever a person asks from the depths of their heart carries great weight.

This set of duas reflects that journey in a very natural flow.

It begins with declaring Allah’s greatness, grounding the heart and reminding the person that Allah is greater than every fear, regret, and hope they carry.

From there, it moves into the declaration of Tawheed, reaffirming that there is no one worthy of worship except Allah, which reconnects the believer with their core purpose.

Once the heart is aligned, the dua turns toward seeking forgiveness and protection, asking Allah to erase past mistakes and grant a life of safety and well-being going forward.

It then expands into a comprehensive Qur’anic supplication, asking for goodness in both this world and the Hereafter while also seeking protection from Hellfire.

Finally, it reaches a deeper level by asking Allah not just for specific blessings, but for the ability to make the best duas, to ask for the right things, and to be granted the best possible life and ending.

In essence, this moment and this dua together capture the entire journey of a believer, recognizing Allah’s greatness, renewing faith, cleansing the past, making powerful supplications at a time of acceptance, and seeking complete success in both dunya and akhirah.
